1. What personal data we collect
We may process the following types of personal data:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- address
- invoice and payment information
- purchase history
- booking information
- messages you send us
- information you share yourself in forms, conversations, guidance sessions or Community
- technical information about your use of the website, such as IP address, browser, device and cookies
- recordings of one-to-one guidance, teaching or group gatherings where this has been agreed or you have been informed
We ask you not to share sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and you choose to share it yourself.
2. Why we process personal data
We process personal data in order to:
- deliver services, programmes, courses and memberships
- handle purchases, payments, invoices, gift cards and subscriptions
- manage bookings and customer communication
- give you access to digital content, recordings, Community and teaching resources
- send relevant information about the service you have bought
- send the newsletter if you have consented to it
- improve the website, products and user experience
- handle enquiries, complaints and support
- fulfil legal obligations, such as bookkeeping
3. Legal basis
We process personal data on the following bases:
Contract
When you buy a service, book guidance, activate a gift card, become a member or use a programme, we process the information needed to deliver what you have bought.
Consent
We rely on consent when, for example, you sign up for the newsletter, consent to certain cookies or consent to recordings where this is necessary.
You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Legitimate interest
We may process certain information to improve our services, provide customer service, keep the website secure and follow up with existing customers, as long as this does not override your rights and freedoms.
Legal obligation
We process certain information because we are required to by law, for example retaining accounting records.
4. Information you share in one-to-one guidance
In one-to-one guidance you can choose to share personal experiences, reflections or your life situation.
Lederstemme treats such information confidentially. It is used only to provide relevant teaching and guidance within the programme or service you have bought.
Lederstemme is not a healthcare service. We therefore ask you to avoid sending health information, diagnoses or highly sensitive information through forms, email or Community.
If you nevertheless choose to share personal or sensitive information in a conversation, it will be handled with care and not passed on without your consent, unless we are required to by law.
5. Recordings
Some services may include recordings of one-to-one guidance, teaching or group gatherings.
Recordings are made only when this has been agreed, you have been informed, or you have consented where consent is required.
The purpose of recordings is normally so that you can revisit teaching, exercises and guidance afterwards.
Recordings are stored for as long as necessary to deliver the service, or for as long as stated at the time of purchase.
You can ask for recordings to be deleted, unless we have a lawful reason to keep them.
Recordings must not be shared further by the customer or by Lederstemme without the necessary consent.
6. Community
If you take part in Community, other participants can see what you choose to publish, for example your name, profile information, posts, comments or questions.
You are responsible for what you share.
We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal data about yourself or others.
Lederstemme may moderate, delete or restrict content that breaks the Community guidelines.
Community should be understood as a digital teaching and learning environment, not as a therapy group or healthcare service.
7. Payment and payment providers
When you pay for products or services, payment information may be processed by external payment providers, for example a card provider, Vipps, Stripe, Klarna, WooCommerce Payments or another payment solution.
Lederstemme does not normally store full card details. Such information is handled by the payment provider.
For subscriptions, payment plans or recurring payments, the necessary payment reference is stored with the payment provider so that payments can be made in accordance with the agreement.
8. Gift cards
When a gift card is bought or activated, we process the necessary information about the buyer, the recipient, the value, the purchase date, the activation date and use of the gift card.
This is done in order to deliver the gift card, follow up on its validity, activate the service and handle any customer service.
9. Newsletter and marketing
If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email address to send inspiration, professional content, information about services and relevant offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.
We do not send the newsletter without consent, except for necessary information related to a product or service you have already bought.
10. Cookies

12. Newsletter and marketing
If you actively consent, we may use your email address to send newsletters, inspiration, exercises, invitations, offers and information from Lederstemme.no and Lederstemme Community.
Consent to the newsletter and marketing is voluntary and is not a condition for buying or using our services, unless the newsletter or email follow-up is a clear part of the product you have bought.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.
We may also send you necessary service and customer messages related to products or services you have bought, for example information about booking, payment, access, changes, Community, programme content or practical arrangements. Such messages are not marketing but necessary follow-up of the customer relationship.
13. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
Only people who need access in order to deliver the service, administer the website or fulfil legal obligations should have access to personal data.
16. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our suppliers may process personal data outside the EU/EEA.
Where this happens, there must be a valid transfer basis, for example the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.
17. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy when needed, for example if we change services, systems or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on Lederstemme.no.
