These terms apply to the purchase and use of services, programmes, gift cards, digital products, memberships, Community, courses and teaching programmes delivered through Lederstemme.no.

Lederstemme is operated by Andrea Rydin Berge / Rydin & Warp Studio AS, hereafter referred to as “Lederstemme”, “we” or “us”.

By buying, booking, signing up or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. What Lederstemme offers

Lederstemme offers teaching, personal guidance and personal development programmes focused on voice use, body, expression, communication, presence, creativity and personal awareness.

The offering may include, among other things:

• one-to-one guidance / personal guidance
• voice development and voice training
• conversation, reflection and individual follow-up
• breath, body awareness and expressive work
• exercises, meditations, audio and teaching materials
• practice between guidance sessions
• digital course content, videos and resources
• Community and group-based learning
• gift cards

The Leading Voice Method is a holistic teaching and development programme. The aim is to give you tools to get to know your own voice, your own expression and your own patterns better, so that you can continue working with voice use, communication, creativity and personal development yourself.

2. Lederstemme is teaching and guidance

Lederstemme should be understood as teaching, voice development, personal guidance and self-development.

Lederstemme does not offer healthcare, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological services or other authorised healthcare treatment.

The services are educational, guiding and development-oriented. They are not intended as diagnosis, treatment or a replacement for a doctor, psychologist, therapist, speech therapist or other healthcare professional.

If you have mental or physical health problems, trauma, voice injuries, pain, illness or other health-related challenges, we recommend that you contact qualified healthcare professionals.

Lederstemme gives no guarantee of specific results. The effect of teaching, exercises and guidance varies from person to person and depends, among other things, on your own effort, life situation, circumstances and how the tools are used over time.

3. Intuitive, spiritual and energetic elements

Some of Lederstemme’s offerings may include intuitive, spiritual or energetic perspectives, for example intuitive reading, energy work, sound, frequencies or reflections linked to body, voice and awareness.

Such elements should be understood as part of Andrea’s personal teaching and guidance method. They are used as tools for reflection and as ways in to greater awareness of your own voice, body, expression and inner dialogue.

They should not be understood as medical, psychological, diagnostic or scientific claims.

You choose for yourself how you relate to such perspectives.

4. Products, programmes and teaching programmes

Lederstemme offers different programmes and products. The specific content, price, payment model and duration are stated on the product page or order page at purchase.

The programme structure may include, among other things:

Single session

A single one-to-one guidance session of 90 minutes.

A single session suits you if you want an individual session without commitment, or want to get to know The Leading Voice Method before choosing a longer programme.

3 sessions

A shorter guidance programme of 3 × 90 minutes.

Clarity offers flexible use of three sessions within 12 months of the first payment or the agreed start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Andrea recommends one session per month as the best rhythm for the process.

6 sessions

A deepening guidance programme of 6 × 90 minutes.

The programme includes personal guidance and Community for 6 months, as described on the product page at purchase.

12 sessions

A longer guidance programme of 12 × 90 minutes.

The programme includes personal guidance, Community for 12 months, practice between sessions, priority access to workshops and access to relevant resources, as described on the product page at purchase.

24 sessions PRO

A long-term guidance programme of 24 × 90 minutes.

The programme includes personal guidance, Community for 24 months, long-term support, priority access to workshops, relevant resources and extra access to Andrea, as described on the product page at purchase.

Community

Community is a digital teaching and learning environment.

Community can be bought on its own as a monthly membership or be included in selected programmes. The content may include live gatherings, themed content, resources, exercises, inspiration and support from a community.

Community is not an emergency service, healthcare service, therapy group or replacement for professional help.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK).

The total price, including any fees, payment plans, subscriptions, commitment periods or recurring payments, must be shown before you complete the purchase.

Payment is made through the payment solutions offered on the website, for example card payment, Vipps, invoice or other available payment solutions.

When buying packages, programmes or memberships, you pay either the full amount in advance or according to the payment plan stated at purchase.

6. Payment plan, recurring payments and subscriptions

Some programmes may be offered with monthly payment or another payment plan.

A payment plan means that the total price of an agreed programme is divided into several payments. This is not necessarily the same as an ongoing subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

If you buy a programme with a payment plan, you are responsible for the full agreed amount for the programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing or following from the right of withdrawal or mandatory law.

Community can be offered as an ongoing membership with recurring payments.

For subscriptions or recurring payments, the following must be shown before purchase:

• price per period
• how often you are charged
• what the payment covers
• any commitment period
• how to cancel
• when the next payment takes place

If the subscription has no commitment period, it can be cancelled before the next payment period in accordance with the information given at purchase. Cancellation applies going forward and normally gives no refund for a period that has already begun or been paid, unless otherwise follows from the right of withdrawal or mandatory law.

7. Duration of programmes and packages

Programmes and packages have an agreed duration stated on the product page or order page at purchase.

A programme is normally considered to have started from the first payment, unless another start date has been agreed in writing.

Clarity (3 sessions) can be used flexibly within 12 months of the first payment or the agreed start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Andrea recommends one session per month to support continuity and a steady rhythm.

The 6-session package is normally tied to a programme period of 6 months from the first payment or the agreed start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The 12-session package is normally tied to a programme period of 12 months from the first payment or the agreed start date. For the 12-session package there is also a flexibility period of up to 6 months. This means that all included one-to-one sessions and programme rights must be used no later than 18 months from the first payment or the agreed start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The 24-session PRO package is normally tied to a programme period of 24 months from the first payment or the agreed start date. Any flexibility beyond this must be agreed individually and in writing.

Other solutions, pauses, extensions, payment plans or adaptations must be agreed individually and in writing with Lederstemme.

Unused sessions, guidance, group sessions, recordings, Community access or other programme content are not refunded after the period has expired, unless otherwise follows from law, the right of withdrawal or a specific written agreement.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards can be used for the services or products stated at purchase.

Gift cards must be activated within 12 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise clearly stated at purchase.

Activation means that the recipient contacts Lederstemme, books a start, chooses a time or otherwise starts using the gift card within the validity period.

Once the gift card has been activated, the service or programme follows the duration that applies to the product in question.

Examples:

• If the gift card is for a single session, it must be activated within 12 months of the purchase date. The session must then be used within 6 months of activation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If the gift card is for Clarity (3 sessions), it must be activated within 12 months of the purchase date. After activation, the three sessions can be used flexibly within 12 months. Andrea recommends one session per month.
• If the gift card is for the 12-session package, it must be activated within 12 months of the purchase date. After activation, the programme’s ordinary period of 12 months applies, with a flexibility period of up to 6 months. The programme must then normally be used within 18 months of activation or the agreed start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If the gift card is for the 24-session PRO package, it must be activated within 12 months of the purchase date. After activation, the programme’s ordinary period of 24 months applies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the price of a service changes after the gift card has been bought, the gift card’s value in kroner applies, unless the gift card was clearly sold as a specific product or specific guidance.

When a gift card is bought online, the ordinary rules on the right of withdrawal apply to the buyer. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the gift card has been used before the withdrawal period has expired and the buyer has consented to use starting.

Other solutions, extensions or adaptations must be agreed individually and in writing with Lederstemme.

9. Booking, rescheduling and cancelling one-to-one guidance

Agreed one-to-one guidance can be rescheduled if you give notice no later than 24 hours before the agreed time, unless otherwise stated at booking.

If you cancel later or do not show up, the session may be counted as used, and the amount paid is normally not refunded.

Cancellation or changes can be made through the booking system, email, SMS or another stated contact channel.

If Lederstemme has to reschedule an agreed guidance session, you will be offered a new time.

10. Recordings, resources and digital content

Some programmes may include recordings, videos, exercises, meditations, teaching materials or other digital content.

Recordings are made only when this has been agreed, is included in the product or has been clearly stated.

Recordings and digital content are for personal use only, by the person who has bought the service or takes part in the programme.

It is not permitted to share, publish, sell, copy, distribute or give others access to recordings, videos, exercises, meditations or other closed teaching material without written consent from Lederstemme and any other people who appear in the recording.

For group gatherings, separate guidelines may be given for recording, participation, anonymity and sharing.

11. Right of withdrawal

For online purchases, consumers as a general rule have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

The withdrawal period normally runs from the day after the agreement is made for services and digital performance.

To use the right of withdrawal, you must give us clear notice within the deadline. You can use a withdrawal form or send an email to post@lederstemme.no.

If you expressly ask for a service, digital access, Community, recordings, course content or teaching programme to start before the withdrawal period has expired, you may be charged for the part of the service that has already been delivered if you later use your right of withdrawal.

If the service is fully delivered before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have expressly consented in advance to delivery starting and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal may lapse.

For digital content and digital services, the right of withdrawal may be limited or lapse if delivery starts before the withdrawal period has expired and you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged the consequences.

Information about the right of withdrawal and, where applicable, a withdrawal form is provided in connection with the purchase.

12. Community and participant responsibility

Taking part in Community, live gatherings, workshops and group teaching requires respectful communication.

You undertake to:

• treat other participants with respect
• not share other people’s personal stories, experiences or information without consent
• not publish, copy or forward content from Community or closed teaching spaces
• not use Community for marketing, spam or sales without agreement
• not behave in a threatening, discriminatory, harassing or offensive way
• not share recordings, screenshots or quotes from other participants without consent

Lederstemme may remove posts, restrict access or end a membership if the guidelines are broken.

Community is a teaching and learning environment. It is not an emergency service, healthcare service, therapy group or replacement for professional help.

13. Responsibility for your own process

Lederstemme provides teaching, perspectives, exercises and guidance.

You are responsible for how you use the content, the choices you make and the changes you make in your own life.

You should always use your own judgement and seek professional help where necessary.

If an exercise, reflection or process feels overwhelming, we recommend that you stop, take a break and, if needed, contact a qualified professional.

14. Intellectual property rights

All content on Lederstemme.no, including text, method descriptions, videos, audio files, meditations, exercises, graphics, design, course materials, recordings and teaching programmes, belongs to Lederstemme or our partners.

The content is for personal use only.

It is not permitted to copy, share, publish, teach onward from, sell or use the material commercially without written consent.

15. Changes to offerings and content

Lederstemme may develop, change or update content, programmes, prices and services.

Changes do not affect agreements already made unless this is necessary, agreed or in the customer’s favour.

For significant changes to a paid subscription or membership, you will be informed before the change takes effect.

16. Complaints and contact

If you are dissatisfied with a service or believe something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at post@lederstemme.no.

We want to find good solutions wherever possible.

Consumers can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or relevant complaints bodies if a dispute is not resolved directly.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If this does not succeed, the matter may be brought before the ordinary Norwegian courts or relevant complaints bodies.
